Lovely old style building, quiet spot just off the main road in Palakkad. Great food, fish and veg. Highly recommended. Traditional kerala meals is my fav. Found very tasty. Good value for money. Will definitely come in future too, whenever I visit here. Best wishes and regards From Italy

A restaurant with a unique ambience of Kerala architecture and interiors. Roof clay tiles, centrally open to the sky courtyard, teak wood pillars, colonial windows and doors makes this restaurant special. The food served is delicious. Loved the chicken fry and fish fry. The interiors are upgraded and refurnished for better looks. Good Parking facility

My experience was great for both Vegetarian and non veg options. If you are near KSRTC bus stand and looking forward to have classic food, you can visit here For a classical ambience too. Good food at good rate. One of the heritage spots at the centre of Palakkad. The hotel has wide parking area with a very different atmosphere inside, which makes the food even more enjoyable

Pocket friendly restaurant-very reasonable price with delicious foodings, not only a restuarant but an amazing ice cream parlour it was, with so much varieties of ice creams. I tasted every flavour, which were all my favourites. And biriyani were very different in taste from other hotels, so yummy biriyani. The special one is chicken fry, I liked the most. A nice restaurant to have variety dishes in a traditional ambience. Cooked, served & managed by a dedicated team. You will feel like having food at home. We were on the way to Munnar and happened to visit this restaurant. At the first look, it gave the authentic touch of Kerala in its aesthetics and ambience. Staff was very cordial. We tried Wheat parota and Chicken curry along with beef fry. The chicken curry had the rich coconut flavor and delicate mix of spices that pampered our palette. Must try for all those who visit palakkad. Great cusine, good ambience and cordial treatment

We were on a trip to Palakkad and nearby places and came to know about this restaurant through a friend and wanted to give a try. Great ambience of a heritage setup combined with some lip smacking food. Tasted my first fish curry (Karimeen Moli) here which was very delicious. Another yummy dish was chicken kondatam which was very affordable and can easily be sufficient for all of us. The service was very heartful with the staff constantly checking on what was needed. In the end the bill was quite affordable which is good for the quality of the food served. Palakkadians and people visiting Palakkad can visit this place and try some more lip smacking dishes and enjoy the ambience

We visited here on a weekend for lunch and had an amazing experience! The home-like building (illam) caught our attention. It is located opposite to Big Bazaar in a bylane. I had porotta and beef fry, both of which tasted great. The porottas were fluffy, large and ofcourse, tasty, while the beef fry were prepared in a part-Chinese style with plenty of capsicums and onions. Loved it too. My parents did vouch for the meals and fish fry as well. They have converted an old traditional home (naalu-kettu) to a restaurant and have done it up quite well. There's ample parking space. Do check out this place for a change

It's a budget-friendly restaurant. Good meals and biriyani available at normal rates. There are wide varieties in the menu. Clean, hygienic and well maintained. Their special grape juice is good. Delicious food. Pepper chicken is a must try here. Loved it. Worth the money. In Palakkad town, definitely a good place for dining. For lunch, one of the best quality meals with fish curry. Quite affordable also. Can also have a chicken dish or a fish (meen mulakittathu or fish fry) for a side. Good, friendly staff members. Authentic naadan specialties amazingly blended with other variety cuisines
